Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We cannot guarantee shipping in winter conditions, Ravine Vineyard Estate Winery has rights to hold shipments under the weather is safe to deliver your wine/order. We cannot guarantee shipping to Northwest Territories, Nunavut, or Yukon. All orders to dry communities will be canceled and refunded. Customers will be contacted if we need to cancel and refund their orders.
Please allow a few hours before tracking information is updated. If your order is listed as "not found" it is being processed by the courier and should be updated within 24 hours.
Due to seasonal shipping volumes, we cannot guarantee a delivery date for most Canada-Wide orders. The estimated delivery date you see on your parcel tracking information is automatically generated by the courier, and does not reflect a guarantee by Ravine Vineyard Estate Winery.
To receive your shipment proof of age is required. Your shipment will not be left unattended.
Broken/Damaged Bottles
Should you receive a broken or damaged bottle in your shipment, please email us at retail@ravinevineyard.com or call us at (905) 262 8463 and we will either ship you a replacement bottle or offer you a credit to our online store.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer FREE SHIPPING in Canada for orders with a minimum purchase of 6 bottles of wine purchased.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our retail location (1366 York Road, St Davids, L0S1P0, ON) After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm every day (excluding major Holidays). Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come to pick up your order.
International Shipping
We do not offer shipping outside of Canada.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at retail@ravinevineyard.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
