Charcuterie Board Competition 
Short charcuterie lesson and board building tutorial, followed by guests breaking into teams and gathering ingredients to compete to build the best charcuterie board. The boards will be judged and the winning team will receive a prize, then guests can enjoy eating their charcuterie boards with a glass of Ravine wine. 

MAX 100 PEOPLE I $40 PER PERSON I 45-60 MINUTES

Pressure Cooker 
Black box style challenge, where guests are put in teams and asked to make an appetizer using only ingredients provided. Guests have 20 minutes to complete the challenge. The appetizers are judged and the winning team receives a prize. Guests can then enjoy their creations with a glass of Ravine wine.
