Join us on a global 3-part pizza masterclass series, hosted at the scenic Ravine Vineyard Estate Winery!
Journey from the authentic, carve through the thick, airy delight of Roman-style Pizza Al Taglio, thin-crust Neapolitan to the iconic and foldable New York slice.
Each class is led by our very own Executive Chef John Vetere, whose culinary journey took him to the kitchens of Italy where he honed his skills at Locanda Della Tamerici – a Michelin-starred restaurant in Luni Mare, Liguria. Now, Chef Vetere is set to turn you into a master pizzaiolo of the world’s most beloved styles. Prepare to get a little flour on your apron with these interactive classes.
Classes includes a hands on pizza making experience with Executive Chef John Vetere, Ravine wine, regional side dishes, a sit-down lunch in our Barrel Cellar and a take home gift and recipe card.

The Backyard Spa

Every Saturday and Sunday this April and May, The Backyard Spa Project will be set in the garden, offering an outdoor contrast therapy experience designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect.
Think hot sauna, cold plunges, fresh air... and something great to enjoy after at Ravine winery.
What to expect:
- 60-minute contrast therapy sessions
- Traditional wood-burning Nordic sauna (185-200°F)
- Cold plunges + outdoor shower
- Aromatherapy throughout
- Space to sit, relax, and connect
Each session also includes a glass of Ravine wine or a beverage from their café to enjoy after your experience.
