2022 Ravine Chardonnay

Our estate grown Chardonnay is crafted as a balanced and expressive reflection of both varietal character and place. Sourced from multiple Niagara appellations, each contributing its own strength, the wine offers natural richness, vibrant acidity and understated elegance in equal measure. 14 months of ageing in French oak adds polish and depth without overshadowing freshness, allowing texture and structure to take centre stage. The result is a medium bodied Chardonnay that is refined, food driven and confidently reflective of its terroir.
