BY PURCHASING A TICKET AND/OR ATTENDING CANADA DAY AT RAVINE VINEYARD ESTATE WINERY, YOU ARE WAIVING CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending Canada Day at Ravine Vineyard Estate Winery (the "Event"), you voluntarily assume all risks, both known and unknown, associated with your attendance. You explicitly acknowledge and assume the inherent risks tied to this Event, including but not limited to: the outdoor winery setting (including uneven terrain, lawns, slopes, unpaved pathways, and outdoor seating), a crowded festival environment, the presence and consumption of alcohol, and the professional fireworks display.

You hereby release and forever discharge Ravine Vineyard Estate Winery, the event organizers, sponsors, partners, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and volunteers (collectively, the "Releasees") from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action for personal injury, illness, death, property damage, or loss suffered during or as a result of the Event, arising from any cause whatsoever, including negligence, breach of contract, or breach of statutory duty of care (including duties owed under the Ontario Occupiers' Liability Act) on the part of the Releasees.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any claims, liabilities, or legal defense costs resulting from your conduct, actions, or attendance at the Event. All ticket sales are final; no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges. Attendance constitutes absolute consent to the recording and promotional use of your likeness by the organizers. Attendees must comply with all venue safety rules, standard admission policies, and smart-serve alcohol regulations. This agreement is governed solely by the laws of the Province of Ontario.
