Winemaker Notes
A red wine that is perfect for food and friends. A very versatile wine. Blended towards a specific style and flavour profile using wines from 2021 and 2020. It is a celebration of wine making in a cool climate region where cross-blending between varietals and vintages can create a consistent wine vibe. Barrels were selected through our portfolio with the intention of creating a bold but round red that could age and be enjoyed with Niagara's local fare. There was focus on presenting deep fruit tones, and having wines with good structure and lingering finish.
