Celebrity Chef Dinner

Renowned Toronto-based, Michelin-trained Chef Romain Avril, will be setting the table alongside Executive Chef John Vetere for an unforgettable night that will dazzle your senses. These two Chefs will host you through a canapé reception and 4-course menu with expertly paired wines selected by our Estate Sommelier, Alex Harber.

Pizza Masterclass Series

Join us on a global 4-part pizza masterclass series, hosted at the scenic Ravine Vineyard Estate Winery! 

Journey from the authentic, thin-crust Neapolitan to the iconic, foldable New York slice, delve into Chicago’s tavern-style squares, and carve through the thick, airy delight of Roman-style Pizza Al Taglio.

Each class is led by our very own Executive Chef John Vetere, whose culinary journey took him to the kitchens of Italy where he honed his skills at Locanda Della Tamerici – a Michelin-starred restaurant in Luni Mare, Liguria. Now, Chef Vetere is set to turn you into a master pizzaiolo of the world’s most beloved styles. Prepare to get a little flour on your apron with these interactive classes.

Classes includes a hands on pizza making experience with Executive Chef John Vetere, Ravine wine, regional side dishes, a sit-down lunch in our Barrel Cellar and a take home gift and recipe card.
