Brisket Masterclass

Cooking a whole brisket can be one of the most rewarding and intimidating feats in the culinary world.
Nail it and your friends and family will celebrate you for ages, mess it up, well don’t worry, you are not alone. Join Executive Chef John Vetere as he walks you through a step-by-step masterclass on how to cook the perfect smoked brisket on the terrace.
Following class, attendees will enjoy a smoked brisket lunch which includes an 18 hour slow smoked brisket, pickled chili onions, bread and butter pickles, sliced bread, beer braised BBQ beans, house BBQ sauce, and dirty southern slaw.
