Tasting Note: Our 2018 Redcoat is a lovely garnet red. Ripe aromas of black cherry, spice, leather, and coffee fill your glass. Soft dusty tannins, strawberry jam, and coca come through on the palate but the wine finishes dry and with a small touch of acidity teasing your palate for more.
Food Pairing: This is a great wine with burgers, BBQ, cheeses, pizza and cured meats.
