2017 Cabernet Sauvignon

Cabernet Sauvignon is known as the king of grapes. It offers dark colour, aromas are often plummy, tobacco and dark chocolate. In the mouth it is known for being powerful and drying. It is brooding, dark and stormy. Being located in the St Davids Bench appellation we have a good shot at ripening Cabernet Sauvignon most years!

Our 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon is an inky purple. It has aromas of black berries, tanned leather and warm gravel. In the mouth it is showing its youth. It is grippy and firm but will soften in the next couple of years. It is showing a long berry finish.
