2016 Cabernet Sauvignon
The 2016 growing season was quite warm throughout the spring and well into the summer. We had drought conditions and very warm days. This can be a good thing for wine grapes. These vines like warmth and dislike humid conditions so 2016 was good for them. Cabernet Sauvignon needs time to ripen fully and it really got it in 2016!
