2015 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon



This Cabernet Sauvignon was fermented in our 5 tonne oak tanks we call “fat boys”. These big wooden tanks allow for very slow changes in temperature within them. This makes for a nice controlled, balanced fermentation. Our 2015 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is bright purple in colour. It smells like black forest cake, roasted coffee, and pencil shavings. In the mouth it is just starting to show some power and fullness. This wine has a long, cherry-like finish.
