2015 Reserve Cabernet Franc

The 2015 season presented us with a fairly average growing season but a truly great fall. The fall was warm and lasted well in to the beginning of December. This allowed for great physiological ripeness in our red grapes and in particular our Cabernet Franc. This wine is a ruby garnet hue. It has aromas of red currant, red raspberries, and green olives. It has a silky mouthfeel that slides across the tongue. Its tannin is in check and not too drying. On the finish it has flavours of summer fresh berries.
