The fruit for this wine comes from our very own estate as well as the Farinacci Vineyard, which are both influenced by the St. Davids buried gorge. The fruit was hand picked and sorted off our family farm. The fruit remained on their skins for about 26 days. This wine aged for 8 months in 225L barriques made up of about 30% new wood.
