2014 Cabernet Sauvignon
Our 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of 50% estate fruit and 50% grower fruit from Niagara-on-the-Lake. Gentle hand picking before a 20-day wild fermentation with twice daily punchdowns helped extract the maximum colour and flavour for this vintage. The 9-month aging program in 225L French Oak barriques developed well-integrated tannins that are quite ripe for Ontario Cabernet Sauvignon making this a particularly soft and supple expression.

Food Pairing: Pair this wine with grilled red meat and/or aged cheddar cheeses.
